Figure-8 Adhesive Visual Tracking Dispensing Machine adopts real-time CCD positioning and dynamic tracking, enabling precise application of lead fixing adhesive without production line stoppage. It addresses the pain point of lead breakage, improves loudspeaker reliability and reduces rework costs. It is applicable to electro-acoustic products such as automotive audio equipment, Bluetooth speakers and smart speakers.
As core manufacturing equipment, the vision-tracking dispensing machine delivers an automated dispensing solution for the magnetic circuit section of external-magnet T-yokes, featuring fixture-free operation, zero manual intervention, high precision, flexible production changeover and full data traceability.
Internal magnetic loudspeakers adopt a U-yoke (cup-shaped housing plus center pole) as the framework. Ring magnets and pole pieces are stacked inside the cup cavity to form a closed magnetic gap with a width of merely 0.3–0.8 mm. They are widely applied in space-constrained scenarios such as earphones, receivers, laptop/tablet speakers, and smart wearables. The gluing process faces three superimposed challenges: deep cavity, multi-layer structure and miniature size. The dispensing nozzle must extend deep into the cup cavity and avoid the center pole; the three components consisting of "pole piece + magnet sheet + pole piece" must be strictly concentric to prevent coil rubbing during base gluing; tiny adhesive volume for micro products easily causes stringing. In addition, the magnetic circuit is enclosed inside the cup, so adhesive overflow and core offset are concealed and difficult to detect. Conventionally, manual operation for the main magnet assembly section of internal magnetic speakers usually requires 8 workers, with an output of only 1200–1500 PCS.
