Specific routing requirements: The voice coil lead wire cannot be stretched straight. Sufficient curved allowance must be reserved on the diaphragm. The industry best practice is to route the lead wire in an S-shape along the paper cone or form a semicircle on the cone section of the diaphragm. This ensures the lead wire will not be fully stretched when the speaker operates at maximum amplitude. Accordingly, the dispensing position must be accurately placed on a specific curved segment of the lead wire to secure the wire without restricting its vibration allowance, which imposes extremely high standards on dispensing path planning.
Specifications for adhesive appearance: Figure-eight gluing has strict standards for adhesive status: no stringing, no sagging, and full adhesive beads.
